Key Responsibilities:
• Manage packaging NPI activities from concept to implementation
• Develop, validate, and optimize packaging workflows
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting of packaging lines
• Research and introduce innovative packaging technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience
• Proficient in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD
• Knowledgeable in photonic-based systems
• Strong analytical and project management abilities
