Excel sense seeks a mechanical engineer with 3-5 years of experience. In this role, you will optimize components and ruggedized enclosures for groundbreaking technology. Collaborate on designs that incorporate thermal solutions and complex systems, while leading design reviews through informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate engineering concepts with a focus on mechanical design

• Own the hardware design process from requirements to production

• Perform FEA and hand calculations for design optimization

• Build and test prototypes, analyzing outcomes for improvements

• Support hardware demonstrations to customers and travel as required

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Design

• Proficient in CAD and creating quality engineering drawings

• Strong fabrication skills with excellent problem-solving abilities

• Proven leadership and organizational skills
