As a full-time Performance Engineer (internally Engineer III), you will be pivotal in enhancing asset performance through analysis and reporting. This role requires strong skills in data science, problem-solving, and programming. Your contributions will directly influence the efficiency of wind and solar facilities across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead asset performance analytics and reporting initiatives
- Investigate performance gaps in wind and solar operations
- Enhance data platforms for accurate performance insights
- Collaborate with teams to boost asset performance
- Standardize and automate analytics processes for efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; M.Sc. preferred
- 4+ years of relevant experience in renewables
- Registered APEGA member as P. Eng. in Alberta
- Solid math and data science foundation
- Proficient in Python and MATLAB programming
