Ce rôle inclut la supervision de la qualité, la coordination des arrêts planifiés, et l'assurance de la disponibilité des ressources nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs de fiabilité et de performance opérationnelle.

Key Responsibilities

Superviser l'équipe de planificateurs maintenance
Coordonner la préparation des arrêts planifiés
Analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI)
Collaborer avec opérations, fiabilité et ingénierie
Supporter les initiatives d’amélioration continue

Requirements

DEC en Génie industriel ou expérience pertinente
Minimum de 5 ans en supervision d’équipe
Excellente communication en anglais
Permis de conduire classe 5 valide
Maîtrise des systèmes GMAO
