Become a vital part of Johnson Controls' team as a Project Lead Systems Specialist, overseeing HVAC control systems projects. This role demands expertise in system design and project execution in a customer-focused environment.
As the on-site leader, you will plan and manage control systems projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and financial performance. Your tasks will include overseeing hardware design, system programming, and installation coordination, all while building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Your proactive approach will be key to executing warranty processes and project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute HVAC control systems projects

• Manage financial aspects, including budget and billing

• Coordinate subcontractor work and ensure compliance

• Facilitate training for client operators on system usage

• Communicate project updates to management regularly
Requirements:

• Technical associate degree required

• 6 years experience in HVAC/Controls industry

• Proficiency in commissioning digital HVAC control systems

• Strong communication skills for technical discussions

• Effective project management and leadership abilities
