Key Responsibilities:
• Develop expertise in reservoir and wellbore simulation
• Share industry best practices with staff
• Create training modules and deliver webinars
• Evolve flow simulation delivery for geothermal assessment
• Collaborate with marketing for industry engagement
Requirements:
• 10+ years in geothermal reservoir engineering
• Master’s degree in geoscience or related field
• Experience with Volsung, TOUGH, or Eclipse
• Proven mentoring capabilities
• Collaborative mindset with focus on sales strategy
