Key Responsibilities:

• Implement machinery concepts for battery cell production

• Coordinate operational realization of equipment strategies

• Assess compliance with internal and external regulations

• Guide employees in the equipment planning phases

• Lead machine design reviews and equipment certification
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• 7‑10 years in battery cell manufacturing equipment

• Expertise in manufacturing feasibility and validation

• Experience with automotive OEMs is a plus

• Knowledge in supplier management is advantageous
