KCB is looking for a Senior Geochemist to advance sustainable mining practices and environmental solutions. Work in various locations including Sudbury and Vancouver while leading impactful geochemical projects.
As a Senior Geochemist at KCB, you will support our Mining Environmental Group, contributing significantly to mining projects through your expertise in waste management and water treatment. You will manage interdisciplinary teams and mentor junior professionals while driving industry best practices in geochemistry.
Your role is pivotal for optimizing project outcomes and enhancing our consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical studies in mining geochemistry
• Mentor junior geoscientists and engineers
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams
• Identify opportunities for service advancement
• Contribute to research and emerging technologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geochemistry or related field
• Over 10 years of relevant experience
• Professional registration in Geoscience or Engineering
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in geochemical software and data analysis
