Medical Device Reliability Engineer Quebec

Elevate product quality as a Reliability Engineer focused on medical devices. Ensure compliance with FDA standards while enhancing device safety, reliability, and performance throughout the product  this key role, you'll translate clinical needs into reliability requirements, coordinating closely with Systems, Electrical, and Software teams. Your expertise will guide reliability planning, risk management, and verification strategies essential for regulatory approval. You'll be instrumental in identifying and driving corrective actions across departments to enhance patient safety and product excellence.

• Define reliability targets and models for product design
• Collaborate to embed reliability in design processes
• Execute accelerated life tests, including HALT and HASS
• Analyze field performance data for improvement opportunities
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation

• Bachelor’s in relevant engineering;
  Master’s preferred
• 5–8+ years in reliability or quality engineering
• Proficiency with Minitab or JMP required
• Experience with regulatory compliance in medical devices
• Solid knowledge of reliability statistics and risk management
