Join ADP as a Payroll Upgrade Specialist and drive system transformations for our clients. This senior role focuses on upgrading from legacy platforms to our advanced ADP Canada flagship solution.
As an expert in upgrade implementations, you will manage projects that streamline payroll processes efficiently. Your experience will guide you in leading and inspiring cross‑functional teams while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders. Provide continuous support to our clients throughout all project phases and mitigate risks to ensure smooth transitions.
Key Responsibilities- Follow end‑to‑end processes to implement payroll upgrades
- Manage project delivery and execution for client accounts
- Lead project plans, identifying and managing risks
- Communicate with project stakeholders effectively
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners
- At least 3 years experience in payroll or HR
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- General technical knowledge of networks and systems
- Familiarity with project management tools
- PCP certification is an advantage
