As a skilled Scheduler with Bird, you will develop structured construction timelines, monitor project performance, and communicate crucial updates. This role requires an eye for detail and the ability to refine preliminary master schedules, ensuring optimal project phases and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze contract documents to create schedules

• Refine and optimize preliminary master schedules

• Monitor project progress and any deviations

• Document project impacts and assist in delay analyses

• Compile closeout reports detailing project outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• Minimum 7 years in a scheduling role

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project

• Experience with complex, multidisciplinary projects

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and methods
