As the Project Controls Lead, you will oversee a comprehensive suite of project control services for brownfield projects. Your expertise will guide project specialists and contractors in establishing baselines, preparing forecasts, and ensuring rigorous reporting processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project control services: estimating, scheduling, cost, and risk reporting

• Support in establishing and maintaining project baselines

• Review contractor reports and validate for accuracy

• Develop independent estimates as needed

• Foster a collaborative One Team culture among stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project controls with emphasis on estimating

• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• TA3 certification in estimating preferred

• Ability to influence and navigate ambiguity
