Performance Engineer - Infrastructure Services

As a Performance Engineer, you will leverage your extensive understanding of facility management, particularly in energy management and building automation systems. Collaborate closely with Customer Business Managers to create visionary solutions while participating in design meetings. The position is site-based and involves up to 50% travel to oversee significant construction projects.

• Provide engineering advice during design and construction phases
• Review M&E drawings for compliance with facility management
• Support project teams with energy performance management
• Review design submittals for operational impact
• Develop standard operating procedures for facilities

• Completion of engineering degree or technical diploma
• 5+ years of relevant engineering and operations experience
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC and fire systems
• Robust customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to travel frequently
