In this pivotal role, you'll leverage over 10 years of technical leadership experience in RAMS/System Assurance within rail transit environments. You'll lead RAMS activities, develop system assurance strategies, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Your influence will advance WSP's national RAMS framework and mentor the next generation of engineers in the discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead RAMS activities aligning with project objectives

• Develop RAMS Plans and hazard analyses

• Oversee reliability and LCC modelling efforts

• Guide incident preparedness and operational risk acceptance

• Serve as the technical voice for RAMS with stakeholders

Requirements:

• 10+ years of RAMS/System Assurance experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; P.Eng. required

• Deep understanding of safety standards like CENELEC

• Expertise in multiple rail domains

• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly
