In this pivotal role, you’ll work directly under the Director of Corporate Engineering, leading initiatives to optimize plant processes and implement robust controls. Your expertise will guide cross‑functional teams in project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with industry best practices while managing project life cycles effectively.

• Optimize manufacturing process control systems for improved efficiency
• Develop new automated processes, including control system integration
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders on process improvements
• Troubleshoot process control systems and resolve complex issues
• Conduct feasibility studies for automation projects

• Post‑Secondary degree in a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing
• Familiar with regulatory standards for process control systems
• Effective project management skills
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA
