Process Planner at MCI Motor Coach

Drive production efficiency at MCI, North America's motor coach leader, as a Process Planner.

Your role will focus on creating production routings and material planning to support innovative vehicle designs.

As a Process Planner, you will maintain production routings and bills of materials while interpreting engineering documentation. Your expertise in labor and materials planning in an MRO environment will be essential for calculating raw material usage and supporting new contract readiness. Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret engineering releases through ECO, ECN, and EAD implementation

• Create production routings with estimated labor times

• Calculate raw material usage for new parts

• Update production routings for components and assemblies

• Support manufacturing engineering and lean initiatives

Requirements:

• Post‑secondary degree in engineering or technology

• APICS or CPIM certification preferred

• Experience in MRO labor and materials planning

• Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
