• Advise on municipal infrastructure design and construction requirements
• Conduct compliance reviews for Facility Alteration Permits
• Provide field inspections during construction stages
• Oversee utilities including water, sewer, and roads
• Review contractor deliverables for standards compliance

• Degree in civil engineering specializing in municipal design
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Micro Station, BIM, and AutoCAD software
• Solid knowledge of municipal codes and environmental regulations
• Excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills
