As the RAMS Lead, you'll develop safety plans, conduct risk assessments, and influence national practices. Your collaboration with engineering teams will be essential in guiding complex rail projects to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all RAMS activities across complex programs

• Develop System Safety Plans and RAMS Plans

• Drive V-Lifecycle processes and system assurance

• Oversee operational risk acceptance strategies

• Mentor engineers in the System Assurance discipline

Requirements:

• 10+ years of technical leadership experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; P.Eng. preferred

• In-depth knowledge of RAMS safety standards

• Experience in safety cases and RAM modelling

• Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills
