Senior HSE Management Specialist

Position: Senior HSE Management Specialist Norland

In this role, you will implement HSE strategies by collaborating with project managers and on-site teams. You’ll conduct verification activities and lead discussions that foster safety awareness and accountability. Additionally, you will craft solutions to address implementation challenges and improve safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the rollout of the HSE Management System on site

• Engage with Site Superintendents to ensure safety adherence

• Lead toolbox talks and safety coaching initiatives

• Identify and resolve operational safety challenges

• Report on adoption metrics and field readiness

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-12 years of HSE experience in construction or related fields

• CRSP, CSP, or equivalent designation required

• Proven experience in leading field-level safety programs

• Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence; travel between sites required
