Site Representative

Position: Site Representative Role at R.V. Anderson Associates

This position focuses on overseeing project documentation and facilitating stakeholder engagement on linear projects, including roads and water mains. You will be instrumental in contract administration and communication, ensuring project goals are achieved. Your leadership and engineering background are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist in contract documentation and drawings

• Liaise with Project Inspectors and Management

• Lead and document project meetings

• Assess and review contract extra work claims

• Generate monthly progress estimates

Requirements:

• Civil Tech diploma or Engineering degree

• Minimum of 15 years in a similar capacity

• Strong communication skills in English

• Class G driver’s license required

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
