This position focuses on overseeing project documentation and facilitating stakeholder engagement on linear projects, including roads and water mains. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and assist in contract documentation and drawings
• Liaise with Project Inspectors and Management
• Lead and document project meetings
• Assess and review contract extra work claims
• Generate monthly progress estimates
Requirements:
• Civil Tech diploma or Engineering degree
• Minimum of 15 years in a similar capacity
• Strong communication skills in English
• Class G driver’s license required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
