Exploration Coordinator in Ontario

Location: Steinbach

Take the lead in mineral exploration with Agnico Eagle as an Exploration Coordinator, based in Dobie, Ontario. This role involves planning and executing programs in a collaborative environment.

In this pivotal position, you will report to the Exploration General Supervisor. You’ll work with a close-knit Ontario Regional Exploration team, focusing on practical thinking and field execution. Your expertise will support the development of geologists and students, ensuring a positive team dynamic as you contribute to the advancement of exploration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver drilling, mapping, sampling, and geophysics programs

• Lead field teams with clear expectations and safety measures

• Mentor geologists and students with hands-on support

• Integrate geological data for project advancement

• Prepare technical reports and project documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering

• Professional Geologist (P.Geo.) registration in Canada

• 7+ years of mineral exploration experience

• Experience managing deep exploration drilling programs

• Proficiency in core logging, GIS, and 3D modelling tools
