Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s in mechanical or civil engineering along with a minimum of five years in hydroelectric generation environments.
Your role will encompass safety assessments, risk management, and expert support for construction teams. Working alongside the Site Manager, you'll play an essential role in overseeing construction activities and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess tasks for compliance with EHS protocols
• Direct and monitor labor teams on-site
• Engage in technical inspections and quality evaluations
• Conduct risk assessments for high-risk projects
• Promote effective communication among engineers and project leaders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering area
• Minimum 5 years in hydroelectric roles
• Advanced knowledge of piping systems
• Technical document proficiency and MS Office skills
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
