Position: Burnaby Stormwater Engineering Role
Pursue a Stormwater Engineer position at AECOM in Burnaby, BC, focusing on the design and management of drainage systems. Ensure projects meet municipal and regulatory standards while performing inspections.

As part of the Water Resources Group, you will play a key role in planning stormwater systems. This role involves collaborating with geomorphologists and supervising junior engineers while developing technical documents. Your contributions will be critical in delivering high-quality engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop stormwater control designs for multiple projects

• Guide junior engineers for skill enhancement

• Produce detailed design reports and technical specs

• Evaluate current drainage systems and recommend upgrades

• Partner with geomorphologists to create engineering solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related

• Proven experience in stormwater design and execution

• Experience with site inspections and project monitoring

• Strong communication skills for effective client relationships

• Knowledge of green infrastructure design methodologies
