Under the guidance of the Welding Program Manager, this position is crucial for organizing welding work and preparing documentation in line with ASME, CWB, and AWS standards. Your technical leadership will support the refurbishment of essential reactor systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technical execution of multiple welding projects
• Prepare Aecon Technical Specifications and RFQs for projects
• Assess and recommend suitable vendors
• Review and guide construction codes effectively
• Work closely with the Welding Center of Excellence
Requirements:
• P.Eng. designation required for this role
• Over 5 years of experience in a welding construction setting
• Familiar with welding codes and industry standards
• Knowledge of design software and welding innovations
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
