Position: Senior Factory Engineering Specialist at PowerCo

In this pivotal role, you will program manage the engineering portfolio for factory operations, ensuring all technical activities align with project goals. Your responsibilities will include leading technical planning, setting KPIs for performance tracking, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. You'll facilitate communication among teams to address and troubleshoot engineering challenges, ultimately optimizing factory workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Factory Engineering portfolio with schedules and dependencies

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical alignment

• Lead creation of engineering documentation standards

• Monitor KPIs and reporting for cross-functional governance

• Conduct assessments to ensure engineering readiness for ramp-up

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field

• More than 10 years in factory engineering roles

• Expertise in digital engineering tools for manufacturing

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities

• Commitment to Lean principles and process improvement
