In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing a data-driven structural inspection program at a large-scale oil sands facility. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering and have at least five years of engineering experience in industrial environments. Close work with operations and maintenance teams will be necessary to encourage safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop structural inspection programs tailored to facility needs

• Analyze pipe racks, conveyors, and cranes for safety

• Refine operational inspection strategies with a safety focus

• Coordinate engineering requirements across teams

• Provide ongoing engineering guidance on projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• Skilled Engineer registration in Alberta is required

• At least 5 years experience in industrial settings

• Strong collaboration skills with operational teams

• Knowledge of Alberta OH&S regulations
