Position: Surveying Team Lead for Manitoba Highways

Drive highway surveying initiatives as a Survey Crew Chief in the Parkland Interlake region of Manitoba.

Your role will focus on team management and safety compliance in outdoor projects.

Working with the Department of Transportation, you will lead survey teams, maintain accurate survey records, and coordinate with engineers to bring projects to fruition. Your leadership and surveying skills will be crucial for infrastructure growth in Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead survey teams in conducting highway surveys

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

• Record and maintain accurate surveys throughout projects

• Collaborate with engineering staff on project specifications

• Make independent operational decisions for effective workflow

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in various surveying fields

• Knowledge of safety and risk management practices

• Strong analytical and verbal communication skills

• Must hold a valid Manitoba Class 5F Driver's License
