Take on a leading role in maintenance as a Foreman for Electrical & Instrumentation systems at a gas power plant in Grande Prairie, AB. Your technical expertise will play a vital part in optimizing plant performance and reliability.
As the primary maintenance leader, you will handle planning and prioritize tasks to enhance operations. With over a decade of experience in Electrical and Instrumentation, you’ll serve as a crucial liaison between operators and vendors, troubleshooting and ensuring safety protocols are followed at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and prioritize weekly maintenance agendas
• Troubleshoot E&I systems and equipment issues
• Serve as the main contact for operators on-site
• Work with OEMs to resolve technical issues
• Coordinate maintenance work efficiently with vendors
Requirements:
• 10+ years of E&I or related experience
• Background in power generation or oil & gas industries
• Proficiency in GE toolbox and control systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in a lean plant operation
