As the Business Process Architect, you will be instrumental in aligning process changes with strategic objectives. Utilizing Lean principles, you'll focus on minimizing risks and maximizing organizational benefits. Develop connections with multiple teams while fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and business leaders
• Participate and lead Lean workshops and improvement events
• Administer the MPI Process Framework for all process solutions
• Define target-state processes bridging business and technology
• Collaborate with other architects for integrated enterprise view
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or related
• Five years of experience in process management
• Lean Green Belt or project management certification
• High-level communication and analytical skills
• Demonstrated expertise in change management
