The role involves performing a variety of engineering tasks including the maintenance and operation of boilers, chillers, and air handling systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems

• Conduct water testing and balance system chemicals

• Maintain emergency equipment and systems

• Repair and service air conditioning and related systems

• Respond to emergencies effectively and ensure evacuations

Requirements:

• Completed high school education or equivalent

• At least five years of relevant engineering experience

• In-depth knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems

• Hold a valid 4th class Power Engineer’s Certificate

• Capacity to lift at least 50 pounds safely
