This role focuses on overseeing contract changes and providing support for project scheduling and estimating. You’ll monitor costs and contribute to monthly financial projections, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee contract changes and field orders
• Assist in estimating and scheduling project timelines
• Monitor costs and support monthly fee projections
• Create log sheets for project management
• Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or 5+ years in project coordination
• Effective communication and innovative solution skills
• Strong time management and prioritization expertise
• Familiarity with MS Office and MS Project required
• Experience in construction project coordination is essential
