Candidates should bring 5–7 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering. This position emphasizes collaboration with senior personnel to manage a variety of municipal infrastructure projects throughout Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario. You'll handle critical tasks from planning and design to field investigations, influencing project outcomes while guiding less experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead planning and design of water and wastewater projects

• Generate specifications, calculations, and contract documents

• Collaborate with subconsultants and drafting teams

• Participate in field assessments and collect data

• Support construction phases and manage RFIs
Requirements:

• P.Eng. in Manitoba or nearing licensure

• 5–7 years of experience in consulting

• In-depth knowledge of municipal infrastructure

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• Collaborative attitude in team settings
