In this vital role, you will undertake site investigations concerning hazardous materials and assist in data collection efforts. Your focus will be on the evaluation of building systems and provision of clear recommendations through detailed reporting. By working closely with project teams and clients, you will help uphold safety standards while enhancing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform investigations involving asbestos and mold
• Collect and review asbestos air samples
• Oversee project activities and subcontractors
• Document findings and prepare comprehensive reports
• Foster client communication to meet health standards
Requirements:
• Environmental, Construction, or Architectural Technology diploma
• Knowledge of building systems like HVAC and plumbing
