Required
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or related discipline.
- Professional Geoscientist (P. Geo.) designation or eligibility for registration.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior management and leadership role.
- Minimum 10 years of mineral exploration experience.
- Experience managing exploration budgets and field programs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
Preferred
- Experience in mineral exploration consulting.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with QGIS, Leapfrog Geo, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Indigenous engagement and permitting processes.
- NI 43-101 reporting experience.
