Role OverviewProject Manager, Major Transit Projects with full responsibility for leading scopes on landmark projects, driving collaboration across stakeholders and ensuring project success within diverse contract models.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project scope management for large‑scale transit infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, manage relationships, and foster cooperative contract models.
- Apply joint‑venture dynamics, progressive design‑build, and alliance model contract strategies.
- Proven project/scope leadership within a civil infrastructure contracting environment.
- Strong relationship‑building and critical‑thinking skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with joint venture dynamics, progressive design‑build, and alliance model contracts.
- Passion for collaboration and a hunger to learn.
Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $160,000 depending on experience, comprehensive benefits packages, and strong retention culture.
