With a degree in civil or coastal engineering and 10 to 20 years of industry experience, you will manage projects up to $1 million in budget. This role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, technical review, and fostering a safe, engaged team environment while mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead coastal engineering project management activities
• Perform detailed analyses and modeling for projects
• Create design criteria and compile cost estimates
• Manage quality assurance and review processes
• Support junior staff development and business initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in civil or coastal engineering
• 10-20 years of experience in coastal engineering
• Must acquire BC Professional Engineer license
• Proficiency in MIKE 21, Delft 3D, and Mat Lab
• Strong communication capabilities in writing and speaking
