In this Senior Optical Engineer role, you'll lead the development and certification of optical assembly methods. Collaborate with stakeholders on innovative automation solutions, and conduct experimental analyses of optical assemblies. This position requires strong leadership and technical skills as well as identifying process enhancements with contract manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead development of assembly processes and certifications
• Oversee performance testing and equipment installation
• Work with stakeholders on automation solutions
• Conduct experimental analysis of optical assemblies
• Identify process improvements with contract manufacturers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of optical or comparable experience
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing tools
• Proficiency in CAD for engineering applications
• Bilingual in English and French; travel may be necessary
