Take on a pivotal role as a Senior Systems Integrator – Industrial Automation & SCADA with WSP in Winnipeg. Leverage your extensive expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions across municipal water and wastewater projects.
This senior role allows you to thrive in the full automation lifecycle, from the design phase to operational handover. You will be responsible for programming and commissioning PLC and SCADA systems while executing troubleshooting, both on-site and remotely. Your ability to produce essential documentation will ensure the reliability and safety of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of PLC and SCADA systems for projects
• Program and commission control systems independently
• Manage troubleshooting for both on-site and remote support
• Produce technical documentation and operational specifications
• Configure and deploy SCADA platforms for communication
Requirements:
• Extensive PLC programming experience, especially with Rockwell
• Proficiency with VTScada and Ignition software
• Knowledge of various industrial communication protocols
• Strong commissioning and operational support skills
• Ability to develop networking diagrams and specifications
