Your Impact
- Deliver senior‑level electrical engineering for medium and large projects within the energy and power generation sector; everything from design basis development, equipment selection, detailed design, and field implementation.
- Lead client and stakeholder engagement to clarify needs, define scope, and ensure alignment through all project phases.
- Guide multidisciplinary coordination to support cost control, scheduling, procurement, reporting, and construction support activities.
- Develop feasibility studies, technical reports, and conceptual design packages.
- Review, stamp, and approve drawings and documents while ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Specify equipment from first principles and apply simulation tools and internal engineering models.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and designers, building a collaborative learning environment.
- Manage scope, schedule, change control, and deliverables in alignment with project execution plans.
- Uphold and promote corporate and client procedures, contributing to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Provide senior support on negotiation of critical engineering issues and contribute to proposal development.
- University degree in Electrical Engineering and active P.Eng registration within your province of practice.
- At least 10+ years of EPCM electrical engineering experience within the energy and power generation sectors.
- Proven success in a Lead Engineer capacity, guiding teams through complex project execution.
- Strong technical depth across electrical systems design, field operations, and engineering analysis tools.
- Ability to independently manage projects, drive outcomes, and support multi‑discipline collaboration.
- A passion for developing others and contributing to a high‑performance engineering culture.
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $135,200 – $179,100
MB & ON: $123,300 – $169,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $114,900 – $154,800
