MCI Production Process Planner

Position: MCI Production Process Planner Role
Join MCI, a leader in motor coach manufacturing, as a Production Process Planner. This role entails detailed planning of the material flow and labor for new and existing product lines.
In your position as a Production Process Planner, you will manage and create detailed production routings while ensuring compliance with engineering changes. Your responsibilities will include labor time estimation for fabricated parts and supporting production engineering. A strong background in Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and interpret production routings and bills of materials

• Implement Engineering Change Orders and Notices effectively

• Calculate and track raw material usage monthly

• Assist in contract readiness and support bid labor estimates

• Engage in process improvement and lean initiatives
Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or relevant technology field

• Preferred APICS or CPIM certification

• Experience in MRO labor/materials planning preferred

• Familiarity with Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite

• Availability to travel up to 25% in the US
