Position: Reliability Engineering Leader Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop maintenance strategies following OES principles

• Manage budgets for reliability and engineering departments

• Provide strategic direction for engineering compliance initiatives

• Lead improvements through capital project coordination

• Support team development through training and coaching efforts

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership reliability role

• 2+ years in food processing maintenance

• Strong understanding of reliability engineering

• Proven experience managing budgets and services

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques
