Transportation Bridge Team Leader

In this leadership role, you will manage the bridge team while ensuring successful project execution and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, client presentations, and collaboration with internal partners across multiple disciplines. Engage in mentoring junior staff and optimizing project finances.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead bridge engineering and project management efforts
• Develop design strategies for transportation structures
• Communicate project details to clients effectively
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary design offices
• Mentor and recruit junior engineers and technologists
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering required
• Registered Professional Engineer with APEGS/EGM
• Minimum 10 years industry experience
• Solid background in structural analysis tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills
Lead the evolution of transportation structures by managing design tasks, mentoring talent, and fostering strategic partnerships in engineering.
