This position within the Project Services Department requires a graduate in Electrical Engineering and six years of relevant experience including construction estimating. You will create work force and cost estimates, engage in risk assessment, and develop high-level construction schedules for diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost estimation for various electrical utility installations

• Solve complex engineering challenges using innovative methods

• Develop labor and material databases for accuracy

• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Review project plans and results for soundness and compliance

Requirements:

• Six years of engineering experience with three in construction

• Membership with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba

• Experience with MS Office and estimating software

• Strong analytical and technical writing skills

• Valid Manitoba Driver's License
