Tidewater Midstream is hunting for dedicated Lead Operators for its oilfield operations at the Grande Prairie/Valhalla site. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of oilfield experience, a 4th Class Power Engineering certification, and decisive leadership abilities. Living within 40 minutes of the site and availability for on-call duties is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Plan and manage turnarounds of the facilities

• Oversee expansions or decommissioning projects effectively

• Guide and support operational teams for optimal performance

• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of activities
Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in oilfield operations required

• Must have a 4th Class Power Engineering certification

• Valid TDG, WHMIS, H2S, and First Aid certifications

• Requires a Class 5 Driver’s License

• Willingness to be on-call and local to the site is essential
