Wsp Senior Aviation Pavement Engineer

Shape the future of aviation with WSP as a Senior Aviation Pavement Engineer. This role, based in Alberta or other locations, focuses on delivering high-impact airside infrastructure projects. As a key member of WSP’s Transportation Systems team, you will utilize deep airport pavement expertise to lead multi-disciplinary designs. Your client management skills will enhance collaboration and responsiveness while mentoring engineers to achieve project excellence.

With a focus on quality assurance and technical delivery, you'll ensure project alignment with critical milestones.

• Oversee the airside design process from start to finish
• Review and prepare technical drawings and reports
• Facilitate quality control during project execution
• Engage with clients and partners for effective communication
• Review project schedules and milestones for success

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering
• Registration as a Qualified Engineer in Canada
• 15+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Working knowledge of ICAO and FAA standards
• Familiarity with scheduling software considered an asset
