This in-person role involves leading maintenance programs for West Jet's engines and APUs, including CFM
56 and LEAP. You’ll develop a high-performing team and enhance relationships with stakeholders. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the airline's long-term growth strategy by managing technical and financial aspects of power plant lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities   Analyze and develop power plant lifecycle asset strategy
Lead a solid team focused on power plant engineering
Optimize MRO investment plans for engine repairs
Maintain fleet maintenance program standards and specifications
Coordinate with stakeholders for leasing and support strategies
Requirements   Bachelor’s in Aerospace/Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years managing engine and propulsion programs
3+ years of leadership or project management experience
Deep technical engine experience with CFM
56 or LEAP
Robust negotiation skills in MRO and leasing contracts
Drive West Jet's power plant engineering initiatives and enhance strategic operations.
