Become an Instrumentation Engineer, taking the lead on multidisciplinary I&C projects. Utilize your expertise in instrumentation to support engineering excellence and project execution. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in Instrumentation & Controls, particularly within SAGD projects. You will engage in selecting instrumentation, preparing construction packages, and facilitating project meetings. Your collaboration with DCS and PLC programming teams will be instrumental in ensuring successful commission and turnover of systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide engineering design support for project teams
- Develop and review technical documentation for instruments
- Conduct sizing calculations for control and measurement instruments
- Create detailed engineering deliverables and drawings
- Interface with clients during key project milestones
- At least 5 years of relevant I&C experience in SAGD
- In-depth knowledge of control systems and measurement technologies
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven experience in project execution phases
- Hold P.Eng.
Certification in valuable standing with APEGALeverage your instrumentation knowledge to influence project success and innovation effectively.
