Key Responsibilities- Function as a thermal performance specialist across fleet initiatives
- Align performance analysis to meet business goals
- Assist in planning regulatory testing initiatives
- Collaborate with teams to integrate performance insights
- Provide data-driven recommendations for key strategic decisions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering
- Over 7 years of experience in thermal power generation
- Solid understanding of performance testing standards
- Skilled in condition monitoring software
- Effective cross-functional communication skills
