Senior Project Manager

Position: Senior Project Manager at Sofina Foods
Lead construction and engineering projects at Sofina Foods as a Senior Project Manager. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency while managing multiple capital projects.

This position involves overseeing projects from design approval to final commissioning. You will report to the Director of Engineering and Technical Services, providing vital support in troubleshooting and execution. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in construction and plant equipment to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project phases from design to commissioning

• Provide technical troubleshooting for plant operations

• Ensure compliance with all safety and engineering standards

• Schedule and track project resources and timelines

• Report on technical, cost, and schedule project performance

Requirements:

• Engineering degree; P.Eng preferred

• 7-10 years of capital project management experience

• Background in industrial manufacturing project management

• Proficient in AutoCAD and communication with regulatory authorities

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
