Position: Senior ASIC Engineer at Qualcomm

Qualcomm Canada ULC is looking for a Senior ASIC Engineer with a minimum of two years of ASIC design experience. You will collaborate with teams to create audio IP blocks and enhance performance while prioritizing power efficiency. This role will involve complex micro-architectures and the implementation of Verilog RTL modules for integration into innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create specifications for audio IP micro-architecture

• Implement Verilog RTL modules for integration

• Analyze performance, area, and power efficiencies

• Optimize design for significant power savings

• Debug during the ASIC development process

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on ASIC design experience

• Proficient in Verilog/VHDL and synthesis techniques

• Familiar with ASIC/VLSI design frameworks

• Experience in power analysis methods

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
